FREE or low cost NIKON Lenses and CAMERA DEALS Don't miss Nikon lens offer - under half the price of the lowest UK price you can find. Introduction for Beginners Welcome to Camera Images On this website you will find information on one to one personal tuition and a unique range of courses, for those interested in using Nikon Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras, as well as photographic related business courses, and picture framing. We run hands on courses utilising Nikon D40, D40x, D50, D70, D80, D90, D100, D200, D300, D2H and D2x,as well as the new D700 and the D3 and D3X camera bodies, a wide range of Nikon and other lenses, flashes, software like Capture NX, and NX2 and many accessories. About a third of those attending are beginners, or people with minimal experience, often having used their camera up to now in 'point and shoot modes' and we have found we can not only show them how to get the best from their camera, and teach them other skills but also give them the confidence to empower them to tackle a very wide range of photography. Some come back to do further courses, in particular Capture NX editing and some have moved on to look at developing to a professional status even if doing so on a part time basis, allowing their photography to pay its own way. We are based in a large picturesque property in Cheltenham, the centre of the Cotswolds, with a wide range of photo opportunities both here and really close. We have become the leaders in one to one training on Nikon cameras, to suit just about any need or interest that you have. |

We also have a range of business courses helping anyone to turn their interest in photography into a profitable business, as well as providing training to some franchisees. So where should you start Generally people achieve the least, the larger the group, and the more, the more individual the attention. Tutors know that they cover far less ground with a group than with an individual. A group of three people achieves about five times the subject coverage as a larger group, and an individual on their own achieves about three times what a group of three do. You can see this means that for those that want to achieve a great deal faster, in 3 to 5 days you can cover what would take a group of people attending a residential course a couple of months to achieve. If you have just one day available, then starting with the HNK course, in a day you become confident and competent, you start with the basics of photography, going fast over what you already understand or can follow and slowing down where necessary to look and experiment, look through many lenses, have a short introduction to editing, get to understand your cameras controls and menus and far more. With more days you can become proficient in editing, mastering flash, macro, and many other specialist areas. When you take more courses including those with some other photographic training providers you can qualify for discounts. This website has quite a few pages, selecting the button on the left above introduces you to each major area and many of these pages lead to more pages and information. We also have a second website once you have made some progress, got beyond the basics and want perhaps to look at single skills. Pages that you may like to go to now are:-
You can use the links in blue above or the buttons on the left above to move around the site. The buttons on the first page, go to introductory pages like this one for each interest, you have access to the same pages besides this. If you don't get on with our menu system, then try using the extended menu option, top option on the menu, this forces all the options to be shown at once, If you still can't find the page, then try the site map. Through the website you will see many small photographs, clicking on any of these will bring up a larger version in a new window, allowing you to take a look without loosing your place. When you know what you want to do, you can book directly online, or by post by printing out the booking form. If you have any problems, can't find exactly what you want to do, or your question is not covered on our Q&A page, or just feel like chatting it over with a real person instead of a computer, then call us. We are available most days from 9am to 9pm, although occasionally for short periods we put the answering machine on. See the contact us page.
