We have never had a less than delighted client, so why you may ask, do we have a 100% money back guarantee.

Some of those visiting us have previously been on other courses and events, where they have felt they had not learnt anything or where they felt they had ended up in the wrong place. In many cases it was just that the course had a large number and most were at a different level or going perhaps in a different direction at a different speed, or where dealing with a large group the presenter had made assumptions about the level of understanding they had, and had moved ahead according to a script or disturbances, but did not really help them at all.

In a number of these cases they had delayed booking with us, fearing it might not be really suited to what they wished to cover and at the speed they wanted to go. Some having attempted a number of courses where they were disappointed may be even more reticent, but still are considering just how they could make progress.

Of course working with a one to one, where we cover everything going fast over the ground you are familiar with and slowing down and experimenting to allow you to get a full understanding of new areas, this is not a problem with us.   It is also easier for us, as we only work with the Nikon DSLR, so we know all of the cameras really well, the flaws as well as all the good points, you will see we rarely ask people to bring their instruction book with them. We do what we do well, and don't attempt to do more.

However it can look a lot to spend particularly on a multi day course, and we want you to feel confident that you are going to find this of real value, you are not getting someone who has read a book or two but an experienced photographer with loads of relevant business experience, who is able to share information and empower you to make this work for you. You know that with this guarantee the risk to you is removed. 

So, we introduced the 100% money back guarantee, expecting it never  to be used by anyone, but perhaps allowing those concerned to move ahead and book a course with less concerns.

This guarantee is suspended in the case of national disasters, floods, terrorist actions and other such items. It is designed to reflect our confidence that the training will be the best, and ideal solution for you, not environmental, transportation concerns or anything outside our control.

We have not extended the guarantee to 'shorts', or the VIP Plus courses, as most of the people using this will be existing clients who will know that they will get the service ideal for them. It also applies to Camera Images courses only.

No small print, its a very simple guarantee, book on a day or longer training course to be held at our Cheltenham training centre, individually on a one to one, arrive within half an hour of the start time on the first day, and stay for between 1.5 and 2 hours. By that time, you will know if you are in the right place and getting the training you had hoped you would. If you decide you are not, or its just not for you, then you can leave and we will refund 100% of the money you have paid for the course, be it a single day or a number of days.  We are sure that you will be delighted and want to continue. You don't need to do anything on the day, and as soon as 2 hours has elapsed on the first day, you and we will know that this is the course for you, and the valid period for the guarantee has quite naturally passed.

If we do ever need to make a refund under this guarantee, there will not be any problem, we will either refund in same way that you paid, or in training vouchers. So if you paid online against a credit card we will reverse the transaction, taking the charge off the card, if you used a gift voucher or similar we will send you a replacement. If you paid with training vouchers we will credit them.  If you paid by cheque we will refund the same way, but to avoid the risk of being involved in some stolen cheque sting, we will not issue the refund until 30 days have passed from the date the cheque was banked. If the course was paid for someone else then they rather than you would be repaid. If we decide to make the refund in training vouchers it will be for the number of vouchers equal to the price paid for the course.

You can't use the 100% money back guarantee to get a refund if you failed to turn up, or just forgot or changed your mind about coming, its not intended for this. There are other services already offered for those where something comes up and they have to reschedule to a later date. Similarly we also have alternative arrangements for courses which may be affected by the weather.
